These macadamia nuts are from this season's harvested at our farm in Honaunau, Hawaii. They are dehydrated to 160 degree and vacumn seeled.  Because there is no salt or sugar has been added, they are excellent for baking  and healthy for snacking .
 
Between 78 to 86 percent of the fat  in macadamia nuts is monounsaturated (the good for you, heart-healthy kind of fat).
